Nimpro Service Policy
Welcome to NIMPRO CLEANING GROUP. These terms outline the agreement between us and our clients in South Africa. By booking our residential or commercial services, you agree to these conditions. We provide professional cleaning, specialized deep cleans, and office maintenance. Our goal is to provide a seamless, high-quality experience for every property. Please take a moment to read these details to ensure we are on the same page regarding our professional relationship, safety protocols, and mutual expectations for every visit.
Quotations, Access and Payments
1) Quotes & Pricing: Estimates are based on standard room sizes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property condition differs significantly from the description provided.
2) Appointments & Access: Please ensure we have access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain entry, a call-out fee may apply. Our teams require a safe working environment and access to water and electricity.
3) Payments: All payments must be settled via our secure online platform or EFT before or immediately after the service is completed, as per your booking agreement.
4) Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover our staff's lost time.
Customer Duties and Liability Info
1) Preparation: Please declutter surfaces, keep pets in a secure spot, and store all valuables or fragile items safely before our team arrived.
2) Satisfaction & Feedback: If you are not completely satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to fix the specific area for free.
3) Refunds: Refund requests are only considered within 24 hours of service. We may provide a free re-clean or a partial refund rather than a full one. No refunds apply for issues linked to clutter, unsafe work environments, or inaccurate booking details.
4) Liability: We handle your property with care and carry insurance, but we do not cover existing wear-and-tear or unstable items.
5) Safety & Updates: We use eco-friendly products; please notify us of allergies. These terms may change, so check back for updates.
